Change Agents are brave, adventurous people who work to make their world better. They don’t just find problems, they create solutions. The Change Agent toolkit helps groups of learners work together to solve problems and design positive change. This toolkit is an introduction to Design Thinking, the framework designers use to come up with innovative solutions to complex challenges.
The Change Agent toolkit includes fun activities for each step of the design process, from exploring a problem to brainstorming, sharing and testing possible solutions. Throughout this process, teachers serve as facilitators, guiding students on a journey of inquiry and discovery. Along the way, there are plenty of opportunities to practice valuable skills like communication, collaboration, persistence, empathy, and flexible thinking.
